Zoning signs are required by most Cities when a change to either zoning or, in many cases, a Use Permit is required. Each City has their own criteria for size, colors and posting requirements. One common theme for all Cities is the need to take particularly care with dates. Some require signs to be up 10 days before the hearing while others are 20 or 30 days.
